Remember: Water, Rest, Shade

  • Water — Drink every 15-20 minutes
  • Rest — Take breaks in cool areas
  • Shade — Use shaded areas for breaks

Know the Signs

Heat Exhaustion

  • Heavy sweating
  • Weakness
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea

Heat Stroke — EMERGENCY

  • High body temperature (103°F+)
  • Hot, red, dry skin
  • Confusion
  • Call 911 immediately
