If it's not written, it doesn't exist.

- Scope (when this applies)
- Responsibilities (who does what)
- Steps (how to do it)
- Tools (what you use)
- Templates (standard forms)
- Metrics (how we measure)
Keep it simple. One page if possible.
Step 6: Train the Teamโ
People can't follow what they don't understand.
Training approach:
- Explain the why first
- Walk through step by step
- Let them practice
- Answer questions
- Provide reference materials
- Check for understanding
Step 7: Implement and Monitorโ
Roll it out and watch what happens.
Implementation tips:
- Start with one project or team
